Construction is expected to begin this spring and upon completion it will be a 33 story, 343 unit rental building with a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments as well as ample amenity space, ground level retail space, and 123 parking spaces. The renowned architecture firm, Solomon Cordwell Buenz, will be designing the glassy tower.
